  So glad we found KB Home Improvement! Family run business. Reliable, honest and timely. Kosta the owner fairly prices and has great communication. All the things you look for in a contractor. Kosta has completed two projects for us just recently. Replacing a rotted walkway and rotted front stairs. Things look great and are solid and safe.   We hired Kosta to retile our bathroom shower.  From the moment he started we were impressed with his work.  His attention to detail is like no other!  He takes such pride in his work & treated our home as if it was his own.  I’m looking forward to our next project together!

Update: we have since had Kosta out for a few other jobs & everytime he’s prompt professional and fantastic to work with!  He never disappoints

  I’m so happy we chose KB Home Improvement.  We had a bathroom renovated and Kosta was very meticulous.  His communication was very much appreciated as he kept me fully informed throughout the project.  In the end, the bathroom came out great and the price was ver fair. Kosta is a talented craftman whose pride in his work is evident. We are so pleased with our new walk-in shower. Kosta is everything you could want in a contractor and more. He responds to any questions in a timely fashion. He is the ultimate professional. The quality of his work is the best you will ever find.

  Have been working with Konstantin for about  10 years. Our house is 100 plus years old and a lot of improvements needed to be done. Over the past 10 years Konstantin remodeled our master bathroom, all bedrooms upstairs, entire hallway top to bottom. Everything was demolished down to the nail studs and rebuilt and modernized. He suggested all the designs, colors and kept me in my budget. Every day showed up on time and worked till that part of task was completed. During all the renovations we didn’t even feel displaced from our house because the area was professionally covered and cleaned up after each task. This year Konstantin is rebuilding a front porch that was “trashed “ by another contractor last year (will not mention a name, but will never hire again). Next year- walking shower. My 100 plus year old house will look like brand new in a couple of more years. Thanks to Konstantin and KB Home Improvement!!

  Kosta is a professional, meticulous contractor who simply does the job the RIGHT way.  Our job was relatively small - replace the old acrylic tub and surround.  We ended up tiling around the tub unexpectedly (the big box retailer surrounds were damaged and really not great quality). Kosta was patient, gave good guidance on how much tile was needed, and (I especially appreciate this) put stud supports in the wall where the shelves and grab bar were to be placed to ensure structural integrity. We are very happy with the results!

We literally found him by pulling up next to his van (which had his company name on it) at a traffic light,  noting the name and contacting him after I read the other reviews online. Glad we did! I recommend him highly.

  I’ve hired Konstantin for 2 different projects and he performed outstanding. His expertise and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. The bathroom tiles were expertly installed, resulting in a beautiful and seamless finish. Konstantin ensured that the tiles were properly aligned and grouted, leaving no room for any future issues. Additionally, Konstantin installed a vent into the desk in my office. He quickly identified the problem and skillfully repaired it, leaving the table sturdy and stable. Throughout the project, Konstantin was professional, punctual, and communicative. He completed the work within the agreed-upon timeframe and budget.
